Art is the most popular and easy way to use up too much wall space in an area. And with this comes the popular and easy way of hanging the art. Most art is hung in a high line encircling a room. But with this comes downsides when staging. Pictures in expected, stereotypical sports will make them almost invisible to the home viewer. When walking through the house their eyes will glance over the artwork because they are used to seeing artwork centered above furniture and centered to the wall.
When displayed in unique and creative ways, art will stand out to the viewer allowing them to more easily imagine the function and adaptability of the room. With this, the viewer is more likely to remember the house in the future and may end up becoming the buyer.
